Clicks are JoyR1der's in-app balance, spent on experiences, requests, tips and memberships.
On iOS, Click packs are purchased through the App Store — for billing questions or refunds on those purchases, Apple handles them via reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything about your balance or a purchase made on the web, email us.
Safety & reporting
You can report or block anyone from their profile or from a live stream. Reports go to our moderation team. For urgent safety concerns, email us with "SAFETY" in the subject line.
Parents & guardians
Riders aged 13–17 need a linked parent or guardian account, and guardians control who their teens can interact with. Questions about parental controls or your teen's account? We're happy to help.
